Who is behind this website, how to reach us and where to file a complaint.
solvion.pt is run by Felipe dos Santos Kreulich, identified above.
Solvion is a brand, not a legal entity. It is the name Felipe dos Santos Kreulich and Pedro Vital Mota use for the software work they do together. On this site, “we” means the two of them.
Neither of us is registered in the commercial registry, so there is no registration number to show.
Felipe dos Santos Kreulich and Pedro Vital Mota each work as self-employed professionals in Portugal (trabalhador independente). Each has opened his activity with the Tax Authority (Finanças) and invoices with recibos verdes.
This site only shows our work. You can’t buy or sign anything on it, and it shows no prices. Every project is governed by a written proposal or agreement that sets its scope and price. That proposal also says which of us provides the work and invoices it.
For anything about this site, our services, a complaint or your personal data, write to geral@solvion.pt. Felipe and Pedro read and answer that mailbox. There is no phone contact.
If something went wrong, tell us first at geral@solvion.pt. Most problems are solved with a conversation.
