01About these terms
These terms apply when you use solvion.pt. The site is run by Felipe dos Santos Kreulich, as shown in the Legal notice. Solvion is the brand he and Pedro Vital Mota use for their work; “we” means the two of them.
If you don’t agree with these terms, please don’t use the site.
02What this site is
This site shows our work and how to reach us. You can’t buy or sign anything on it, and it shows no prices.
What you read here is general information, not a binding offer. Each project has its own written proposal or agreement, which sets the scope and the price and says which of us provides and invoices the work. That document, not these terms, governs the project.
03Using the site
You may browse the site and share its pages. You may not:
- try to access areas or data you aren’t authorised to, including the team dashboard;
- interfere with how the site works, or overload it;
- use the site for anything unlawful.
If you send us an application, a survey answer or a message, include only information you have the right to share and that is true as far as you know. The Privacy & cookies page explains how we handle it.
04Intellectual property
The text, design, code and logo of this site are protected by copyright. They belong to the founders, Felipe dos Santos Kreulich and Pedro Vital Mota, or to whoever licensed them to us.
Project names, images and logos in the portfolio belong to their owners.
You may quote short extracts and link to any page. Beyond what the law allows, don’t copy or reuse the content without our written permission.
05Accuracy and availability
We try to keep the site accurate and up to date, but it may contain mistakes or out-of-date information. If you spot one, tell us at geral@solvion.pt.
We may change, pause or remove the site, or any part of it, at any time. We can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors.
06Liability
We aren’t liable for losses caused by the site being unavailable, or by decisions you make based only on its general information, except where the law makes us liable.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn’t allow to be limited, such as for intent or gross negligence, or takes away your rights as a consumer.
07Links to other sites
The site links to other websites, such as our social profiles and client projects. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or for how they handle your data.
Some images on the site load from other services. The Privacy & cookies page says which ones and what they receive.
08Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. The version published when you use the site is the one that applies.
09Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protections of that country’s law that can’t be set aside by agreement.
If a problem comes up, write to us first at geral@solvion.pt. Consumers can also use the complaints book and the alternative dispute resolution options described in the Legal notice.
